Swim at the Y

Swimming is a life skill as well as great exercise and a challenging sport. We offer swim lessons (for all ages), family swim, SCUBA diving, a partnership with 3 competitive swimming teams, so we can all safely enjoy the pleasures of an aquatic environment. Whether it’s learning how to swim, perfecting your stroke or staying fit, the Y has a program that’s right for you.
